# Scenario issues

> Resolve the most common issues that affect scenario behavior and comparison.

Scenario issues often come from confusion about inheritance, overrides, or merge behavior.

## Common symptoms

* a change appears in the wrong scenario
* a comparison shows more differences than expected
* baseline updates do not appear in a draft scenario
* an override remains after the reason for it is gone

## What to review

Check the active scenario, sync setting, override set, and the source-destination direction of any merge.
