Resolve the most common issues that affect scenario behavior and comparison.

Scenario issues often come from confusion about inheritance, overrides, or merge behavior.

• a change appears in the wrong scenario
• a comparison shows more differences than expected
• baseline updates do not appear in a draft scenario
